No longer works

This is a wonderful, four-star app when it functions - it really does a fantastic job of teaching toddlers their letters. Its adorable, entertaining, and man do they learn quickly. But it hasnt worked for several weeks now. No updates are available and Ive deleted and re-installed. Still getting a black screen, sometimes the main screen but it skips like a broken record when the letter is pressed. Fix. It. Please.
